Minimum Eligibility Criteria
Recruitment Experience
Minimum 2+ years of proven recruitment or staffing experience with a track record of closures.
Industry Specialization
Demonstrated strength in specific industries or functional areas (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Sales, etc.).
Process & Compliance Readiness
Ability to follow CRPL submission formats, feedback loops, and data hygiene norms.
Documentation & Invoicing
Capability to raise invoices, manage compliance, and maintain records as per agreed terms.
Communication & Coordination
Professional communication, timely updates, and coordination with CRPL recruiter teams.
Tools & Sourcing Channels
Access to sourcing channels and tools (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals) and willingness to use CRPL ATS.
