Eligibility Criteria

Minimum requirements to qualify as a Vendor Partner

✓ Recruitment Experience

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing. Demonstrated track record of successful placements.

✓ Domain Expertise

Strong knowledge and network in specific industries, domains, or functional areas (IT, Finance, Healthcare, Sales, etc.).

✓ Sourcing Capabilities

Ability to source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and direct sourcing.

✓ Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients.

Dedicated time and commitment to deliver quality recruitment services. Ability to respond to requirements promptly.
