Job Description

Support the implementation of Netskope s new office build Networks.
Analyze the security of network systems from hardware to cloud services and
discover and address network security issues.
Be the first-tier escalation point for IT Infrastructure incidents.
Performing regular checks on network hardware and software.
Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.
Work with vendors, industry organizations, and internal teams to support and maintain
enterprise infrastructure operations.
Assist in the roll-out and deployment of new systems, integrations, and configuration
changes to support business growth.
Ensure complete compliance with all security, usage, and IT controls and policies.
Be an integral part in improving IT Infrastructure processes, updating procedures and
policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E. or higher degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science,
Information Technology, or closely related field.
3+ years working in a similar field
Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures in a
Cisco/Meraki/Juniper environment.
Assist in network modeling, analysis, and planning.
Proactively identify and assess problems, perform troubleshooting, and research
solutions focusing on the root cause of technical problems.
Knowledge of Windows systems (2012R2+) and Linux operating systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and across global time zones
