10+ years of relevant experience including minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master in IT services preferably in Telecom Sector. Experience in Network IT would be an added advantage.
· Hands on experience in Full-Stack technologies (Java, Springboot, Microservices, Angular/React JS, Node JS, Postgres), AWS/MS Cloud migration, Collaboration Tools, Dev Ops and Automated Testing is essential
· Able to establish standard development practices and processes. Involvement in project planning - forecast, monitor, and review all project aspects along with costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
· Optimize customer releases based on user experience program
· Inclination to learn new technologies and keep team updated as well
· Deep knowledge of the web application development ecosystem, tooling, methodologies, and best practices.
· Understanding of Java application stacks and JavaScript frameworks.
· Hands-on experience in scrum methodology (Sprint planning, execution and retrospection) is a must
