Job Description

Travel Desk:::

  • Ensure all travel bookings are done with NIL escalation as per employee eligibility and the travel request are closed within prescribed TAT.
  • Maintain trustworthy relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
  • Initiate discussion with new travel vendors and make quotes comparison.
  • Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments & Agreement Contracts.
  • Travel booking MIS to be maintained.
  • Invoice processing
  • Ensure all travel vendors' invoices clearance are done with SLA
  • No-dues certificate of the respective vendors to be shared with the finance department on a quarterly basis.
  • Travel booking MIS to be maintained.
  • To provide all necessary support to the Finance department in the reconciliation of vendor invoices as per SLA for timely release of payments.
  • Corporate Business Cards
  • Ensure business card requests are processed as per the policy.
  • Requirements of Assistant Manager- Travel desk.
  • Previous working experience as a Corporate Travel desk for more than (3 to 5) years
  • Hands-on experience with ticket issuance and Invoice processing
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, and MS -Word.
  • Good time-management skills

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Avoid candidates from Travel agencies because of fixed timeslots
  • We need min 1 year corporate environment that should be available 24/7, and should be aware of invoicing (screening, verifying from vendors, and coordinating with internal accounts) and the ticketing process.
  • Should experience all modes of travel ticketing (Cab, bus, train, air, hotels)
  • Should have done online issuance of tickets by themselves (Should not be working with vendors and agencies)
  • Quick TAT
  • International experience is highly preferred.
  • Managing 200-250 invoices per week (checking, verifying, approval, coordinating with the Finance team, knowledge of GST)
  • Should be good with MS Excel.
  • Max CTC is 7LPA fixed.
  • Work location - Fairway Business tech park.
  • 6 working days.
