Minimum 1 year of experience into Recruitment / HR with below Required Skill: Sourcing through various Job Boards / Portals , Social Networking Sites , through references as per the requirement specifications. Shortlisting the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening , technical screening , finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm , and as per the requirement specifications. Source and attract candidates by using databases , social media etc. Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations. Follow - up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments / Clients informed of the same. Basic knowledge in data management (excel). Microsoft Office (should know basic excel). Should be able to manage multiple tasks. Should be target oriented / Capable of handling work pressure Human Resource Management.
