Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Analyse the needs of prospective BRITA customers and work with the local business partners or independently when appropriate, to introduce/demonstrate BRITA products services. Is responsible for induction and training of newly recruited ISPs(In shop promoter). Responsible for closely working with Distributor for generating secondary sales. Is responsible for increasing ISP productivity. Managing ISPs sales and Targets. Develop, build and manage Britas relationship with local dealers and distributors.
