Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance. Maximizes sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects and minimizes business risks. Conceptualize and implement new schemes promotional offers in order to increase the sales velocity. Guides in preparation of sales pitches through Channel partner to close maximum transactions. Enroll, train and motivate new channel partners and also promote the existing ones. Design metrics to set monthly sales target for the team members, direct in execution and oversee performance of team. Maintain cordial relations with all internal external stakeholders and manage their expectations. Review and ensure proper execution documentation of application, agreements and allotment etc.
