Achievement of budgeted monthly sales target at the desired mark up Review pipeline and drive successful closures of the month Coordinate with the Ops team for a site survey before committing the client. Standard survey formats should be used and charged to client. Send sales Proposal after the site survey report, client specific requirements / SLAs, risks involved. Use Standard Cost Sheet Format Share standard contract draft with the client. In case the client would like to use their contract draft or suggest any change the draft needs to be vetted by Legal Head. Before conclusion of contract, initiate joint meeting with the Client along with the Ops team, to understand the deliverables Ensure Approval on costing from management as per sales approval matrix. Obtain signed Business Order Form (BOF) from client as an acceptance to the pricing and standard contract terms. Signing of legal contract is Mandatory before deployment.
