Manage the complete recruitment and selection process Manage the leave policy and administering the muster roll. coordinate the training programmes as per the requirement. Maintaining and managing employee documents. Strong leadership and influencing skills An understanding of legal practices and policies Conduct / coordinate the Performance Appraisal system. Coordination with the branch offices. Responsibilities and Duties Desired Candidate Profile Experience : Minimum 2 year Education : Preferably any Degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills Immediate Joiners Preferred Male candidates preferred as traveling to branch offices required.
