Responsible for the achievement of Net Add and revenue targets with 100% non-compliance within TAT. Responsible for Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management for proper distribution, hence better services. Responsible for developing marketing strategies to increase the volume in terms of revenue and subscriber base. Responsible for training of team for their professional n personal development for their better growth. Responsible for Channel satisfaction and retail engagement activities to ensure better business results also responsible for team and channel engagement programmes time to time for better motivation and understanding in team. Responsible for the appointment of new distributors and to make them understand their ROI as well as their responsibilities towards organization and their business.
The Groups activities span exploration and production of oil and gas, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals (polyester, fibre intermediates, plastics and chemicals), textiles, retail, infotel and special economic zones.
