Responsible for scheduling and following up for the interview with the candidates. Responsible for blocking calendars of Client as well as candidates for the interviews/ sharing the interview call letter with respective candidates in case of F2F round. Responsible for Joining formalities/Onboarding and exit formalities. Responsible for conducting Walk-in drives and coordinating with the panel for the feedback Collecting all the required documents of the selected candidates and sharing it with Client SPOC Maintaining various MIS Reports and share it with the reporting manager.Handling vendor empanelment/management for hiring through various staffing agencies. Looking after the Vendor Management, Giving the Requirements to vendors and getting the Candidates for the post. Developing long- term partnerships with vendors, doing Vendor Empanelment of new partners, Executing vendor evaluation, vendor rating calculation and necessary actions for under performance. Using and updating internal recruitment application tracking system/ATS. Screening candidates resumes and validating it on the basis of General fitment (Education, Experience, Notice period, Salary, Location, interest level, Communication, etc) & Technical Fitment (Role fitment, Responsibilities held, Must and Good to have skills, Project validation.) Uploading profiles on Client ATS to check the duplicate profiles. Sharing the relevant profiles shared by vendors with the clients and taking the feedback. Working on scheduling & coordinating with candidates interviews Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process Responsible for blocking calendars of Client as well as candidates for the interview.
