The importance of work, and what we do to help people find it, cannot be overstated. Work can define who we are. It can give purpose and meaning to our lives. It permits us to apply our talents to contribute to society. It is essential for our personal and financial well-being. It is the means by which we can each realise our dreams.
Our success in helping others realise their dreams is based upon the trust and loyalty they have in us. Trust and loyalty are the most precious assets in any business, but it cannot be bought or manufactured, it must be earned.

Executive Search apart, we offer Interim Management – finding suitable senior professionals for a specific period of a project or to fill an unexpected gap in senior management. We deploy Executive Search methodology to find the right person, recruit the person on Corporate Resources payroll and depute to your organization for the interim period. You require interim managers typically in scenarios of business start-up until company registration is in place, pilot projects, managing a specialized project, business restructuring and running change management programs.
A common code of conduct is written for employees of a company, which protects the business and informs the employees of the company's expectations. It is ideal for even the smallest of companies to form a document containing important information on expectations for employees. The document does not need to be complex or have elaborate policies, but the file needs a simple basis of what the company expects from each employee.
I - A Code of Conduct can be an important step in establishing an inclusive culture, but it is not a comprehensive solution on its own.
II - An ethical culture is created by the organization's leaders who manifest their ethics in their attitudes and behavior.
III - Studies of codes of conduct in the private sector show that their effective implementation must be part of a learning process that requires training, consistent enforcement, and continuous measurement/improvement.
IV - Simply requiring members to read the code is not enough to ensure that they understand it and will remember its contents.
V - The proof of CoC effectiveness is when employees/members feel comfortable enough to voice concerns and believe that the organization will respond with appropriate action
